SENIOR EXIT SURVEY

  • We hired Life Track Services two years ago to help us handle the senior exit survey for our students.  After we completed the surveys, LifeTrack took the information and created a very comprehensive report on all of the seniors. (student names were omitted from the survey). They broke it down by class, gender, ethnicity, sending school, etc.  You name it, they had a data analysis for it.  We were very impressed with the results and chose to use them again this past year.

    We have used LifeTrack to do our graduation surveys for the past five years. Their ability to create or fine tune our surveys have been a big help to us especially with gathering the information from our past graduating classes which has been very helpful for our school improvement process.

  • Lake Forest Academy has used LifeTrack’s Senior Exit Survey for a number of years now. It’s been a great partnership that makes it really easy for us to hear from our seniors at the end of their high school careers. As a result, the Academy has also been able to use these results to make changes that best serve our students while they are in campus. We look forward to continuing to work with LifeTrack in the years to come!
