This past year we made some tweaks to our original survey and were able to get it online as well. The online version made the entire survey process more fluid for the students.  It made tracking the individuals that still needed to complete the survey much easier also. In addition to doing the survey, the company followed up with all the graduates from the previous year to do the one year CTE state mandated survey with them. We went from 10% completion rate, to over 56% completion rate by past graduates.  This in itself is well worth the reasonable fee that they charge.
